I got the Instapot for Xmas, still in the box. You make it seem so quick easy and yummy.. I better crack the box open.. Just intimidated by the buttons and steam. Lol the toilet paper roll seems to be a good idea! Thanks!
Yes, up-cycle that toilet paper roll, it works and it's FREE lol As for my Instant Pot I only use two buttons, the 'pressure' and the 'saute'. It's just a matter of figuring out how much time to set it. I have to take notes of how much time to use for what stuff so I can refer to them later if I were to cook it again.
I have a lot of chili topping using the red one like ground chil and chili oil etc. The green one is more crunchy when you pickle also it taste different. It's hard to explain but the same chili when it's green it taste one way and when it's ripe (red) it has a different taste.
Oooh. I haven't been in Stockton long. Tried growing peppers but I miss a day or two of watering it and It died. So I usually just buy from store which comes with red. Just wondering if its wrong to put the red in. Thank you for answering.
Some people use the red to pickle as well. I save the red one to make other dishes and since I don’t use the green as much, this is a way to use it up.
