I just want to thank you for this. My Professor did not give us any idea as to why we would move the way you state in the beginning, and then get upset that we were struggling. He’s now department head. Only C+ I’ve ever received in college. I really enjoyed the Anthro Theory class and now I can relearn and not be laughed at. Yes. He laughed at me in front of my peers then apologized at the end of the class.

Morgan.

I had a confusion on the Father of American Anthropology. In Ignou books it's mentioned Morgan...on the internet it's Boas. What is correct?

Mam, I have a doubt. when you were explaining kinship terminology , you said that Fa, ma usage indicate incest taboo. later on, you mentioned fa ma (classificatory) belonged to savagery period. But as mentioned by you savagery lacked incest taboo. Its is kind of contradictory. can you please clarify my doubt?

I would say if you feel difficult to talk in English so Plzz explain in Hindi rather then English bcoz you are explaining something teaching something . I’m not saying you shouldn’t speak in English just think about teaching not on language bcoz the way you are teaching and explaining is very irritating . sorry to say but it is
