Hello everyone! This is the first set of Baguazhang switches that I teach at Bishop's Training and Fitness. Bagua can be quite challenging to learn. I learned this set when I was just starting out with Bagua. This set of 8, although challenging for a beginner, opens the door for the even more complicated Palms that I teach. Enjoy!!!

This looks like a ton of fun and a challenge to my 63 year old body! I gotta try some of these. 😊

It is, but I would recommend finding a teacher at least in the beginning to help you get started.

Thank you. I am fortunate in that I have that. I am an intermediate practicitioner of the Guang Hua system, and I see some variations here that I never thought to try. Coming back to basics is always a refreshing way to not only to make corrections, but to find new stuff you didn’t see before. This is cool footage. Thanks!

I have spent a ton of time and looked at a ton of videos, and by far sir, this is the most digestible expression of foundational bagua that I have run into. Practice Kenpo Karate for like 20 years, and I love all martial arts but all I've had to go on is the yang jwing ming emei baguazhang compendium to attempt to harvest and understand technique from.
Thanks so much sifu. Being able to follow after you so directly as well as the salutary breathwork and qi Gung introduced me for the first time to the rhythm of the circular movements of the body and Palms, and primed my chi to Express itself harmoniously.
    Os, Sifu. I'll practice.
    Blessings.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I am glad my video was helpful. I am planning on putting up some short forms to help with body development for Bagua. 9 Dragons Moving. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you.

@@hungrypanda2648 ik but Baguazhang means "8 trigram palms" and neji has a similar fighting style to baguazhang and his ultimate technique is called "8 trigrams 64/128 palms"
