Almost at 20K subs guys 😱😱 I just wanted to thank everyone for sticking around and watching my vids. I'm always looking for wacky game suggestions in the comments, so let me know down below ⬇⬇⬇
I believe there are 2 religions that consider the county of tunis/carthage as a holy site, hellenic and adamite. So you could get a holy site here if you convert to one of these then change it to whatever you want
Pro tip: pin the invading viking leaders, after they lost the war you can pick them up to your court very easily. And they usually have 20 prowess and good martial skill. So they make for fantastic knights and commanders. They'll even accept conversion after joining your court.
There is something you could've done as the Aghlabid's. Start as Muhammad's brother, Ibrahim. The count of Gabes. He's a historical character with the genius trait, great stats and great intrigue. He's basically like a Muslim Ivan the Terrible. Since Muhammad isn't married off the rip, and since Ibrahim is usually a lunatic as well, you can murder Muhammad in 12 months. All the titles will go to you as Muhammad doesn't have any kids, bada bing bada boom.
I mentioned this previously, but a one county challenge playing as Jerusalem would be really cool, so you have to defend from a ton of crusades. Love the video, keep them up!
jerusalem is actually op county, there are a decent amount of baronies and 2 special buildings which mean that just jerusalem can get to like 50 gold per month in like 100 years
Yup Tunis is correct. I was just running a play through and revived Hellenism. Tunis (Carthage) is one of the holy sites for the faith, which I acquired for my Hellenic empire!
@@Chadius_Thundercock start independent and offer to be vassalized with religious protection in your feudal contract. Then revolt when the time is right and gain independence again when you are strong enough. It's challenging, but doable. I kicked the pope out of Rome too and stole his hat
actually Qartajana the second holding on your main county is the location of the ancient city of Qart Hadasht. but after the third roman-carthaginian war the city was completely denolished and the soil was salted, preventing inhabitability for many generations
At first I was cynical about this "Carthage gameplay", but as soon as you lost a war against Rome it truly got me going in the realism gameplay. 10\10 "Carthago delenda est"
Dude I just started to play ck3 on console. Your videos have really helped me out and I have really enjoyed your editing style. I’m always excited to see you upload. Keep up the good work
The Carthaginian Empire consisted of many coastal colonies, so the Dutch culture was very fitting. Not to mention "Sheikh Frans of(van) Holland" is just too funny.
Shame you didn't create another hybrid culture with one that had elephants unlocked. Would have been a nice way to avenge Hannibal considering how OP elephants are in this game lol
Pro tip: When do war for kingdom you should also occupy lands that you didn't choose as part of the kingdom title you warring for. When you win you also get those lands as bonus
I don’t quite think this is true… When you start a war, it details exactly which lands will be yours upon victory, and that doesn’t really change during the war itself.
Hey there! I've really liked your ck3 videos since they've really helped me with a lot of minor details when it comes to the game. I was wondering if you could do a King of all the Isles video to show the best way to do that :) Keep it up man!
have you tried a Cathar game before? one of their holy sites is Albi in southern France and I was able to convert with my starting count. the region is pretty fun but it would be neat to see someone take that shit to 11 and turn the tables on the Albigensian crusade.
I think it would be only appropriate to do a run fighting Rome with elephants bringing the army all the way from Cartagena (Spain) crossing through the alps. Just saying. Also the revival of neo-Phoenician Baal Hammon/ Tanit religion would go very well with your banners 😆
Loved the video. New to the game and your videos have helped a ton! Would really love to see you do a playthrough as Armenia, which I have found to be a fairly difficult start, with the goal of creating historical greater Armenia, BUT I think it would be really interesting if you used as little warfare as possible. Intrigue, inheritance, ect as opposed to armies (when possible of course). Think it would be extremely interesting as well as helpful in showing different ways to play the game.
I legit got giddy at the start of this video lol. Another great video! I think it would be fun to view a tyrannic game where you play as a family of absolutely evil assholes. Would be fun to see how you deal with scared and angry vassals.
Ah yes, sacking Constantinople is *always* the most important, the very end goal of every single CK3 play. Every Ck3 play is invalid without at least sacking Venice or Constantinople once.
I know you recently did a eugenics video, but I think it would be cool to breed an army of scaly albino giants and put the fear of the DRAGONLORDS into the world.
@@deonte9014 I always end up struggling to find albino people (at least ones with decent stats) to marry. After a while my dynasty just starts looking normal because of it. The only solution I can think of would be... incest
I just finished a similar game out last night, crowned myself emperor of Carthage starting as Sardinia. Conquered all of Italy, and the northern lands of Africa doen into the Middle East and retook the holy land.
i have a supreme challenge for you. take AT LEAST one of each county of each nation in the world. you can do kingdoms only if its too hard and you can absorb smaller nations
Yeah I've been trying to do some kind of Northern empire with heavy focus on trade and development as Dutch with making north sea my personal lake but as for now late game in ck3 is rather boring and I never finished it
One thing I wish they'd implement in CK3 with smaller squabbling nations when one looses you take their lands partially if they have 4-7 provinces maybe u take 2 or 3 or if they have 1-3 you annex them completely
So I think Quartajana is actually Carthage because carthage wasn’t actually called carthage. It was called Qart-Hadasht. So I’d imagine Quartajana is a mixture of Cartegena and Quart-Hadasht. lol I could be wrong but I’m just taking an educated guess.
I thought to increase cultural acceptance you only got a 1-3% bonus if you gave the correct counties/dutchies/kingdoms to target culture IN the cultural region. E.g if you wanted to increase relations with the Angelo Saxons you had to give them English territory, not just any random piece of land in your empire? Giving them any land might increase the *intermingling* value but you usually get a straight up bonus giving them the right land
Almost at 20K subs guys 😱😱 I just wanted to thank everyone for sticking around and watching my vids. I'm always looking for wacky game suggestions in the comments, so let me know down below ⬇⬇⬇
You have the best CK3 content on youtube
For the next video would you try to revive the ancient roman empire but you have to start anywhere in Italy.
Love ur CK3 content! Keep it up :)
Great work mate, loving your content ♥️

I believe there are 2 religions that consider the county of tunis/carthage as a holy site, hellenic and adamite. So you could get a holy site here if you convert to one of these then change it to whatever you want

Can't get over the fact that you've got both Carthage and Qartajana , actual carthage, next to each other.
Shhhh
My ancestors are so proud right now
😵😵 legend alert
Very nice ! Some certified Laith moment

That’s because it is Carthage lol
The thing about salting the soil isn't true.
The soil salting thing was more of a symbolic of Carthage being gone, didn't have a actual effect

Yeah that irked me
You should have followed the great Hannibal and send your troops die of attrition through the alps to take rome by surprise

When I try to restore Carthage or any southern Mediterranean empire I like to convert to Adamitism.
Many holy sites there.

Carthage? This challenge reminds me of long Chile.
Not just closest, there is a barony named Qartajana near Tunis. Just like real life whete Carthage is 15km from Tunis, more close to the sea
