Some context but Giruru is NOT rich at all. Hes literally broke all the time because he didn't tell the other mechanics about the supply cost. The parts the other mechanics use are paid for by Giruru alone and farmed by Kyochan. The other players thought it was spawned in but it was actually manually obtained and Giruru kept it to himself so the others could freely enjoy the game and save money. The reason why mechanics are so rich is because of him

Wait, i thought Admin is spawning them parts since not all the time the Mechanics has all the parts for the car. If my Japanese lesson and my brain serves me right, there was one time they are talking about how admin is spawning them parts since a lot of players particularly the gangs are customizing their cars to go up against the Police cars.
