thanks a million for reaction to one of the most underrate sci-fi series on tv. sadly & foolishly, the show was cancelled because hollywood did not want it to interfere with terminator 5: gensys.
When I saw this episode on TV the sequence with the FBI agents falling in the pool with "When the Man Comes Around" playing in the background was about the most amazing thing I had seen in a show up to that time. Having it happen right after John meets his dad gave it even more weight. I absolutely loved this show and will never forgive the Fox network for cancelling it and Firefly. A few episodes ago, Cameron responded with "seems like a lot" to some statement. I had forgotten about that, but I still say "seems like a lot" whenever anyone tells me something that seems like a lot. In season 2 (just in case you aren't able to do it) she says "I'm sorry for your loss", which I try to work in when I can. I hope you will be able to do season 2, but if not, I've really enjoyed your reaction to season 1.
it was one of the series affected by the writers' strike. the beginning of season 2 always felt more like the end of season 1 to me. well, it could have been worse - no new season, as happened with other series that I already forgot...
Hey! I thought the part with John seeing his dad in his younger years might pull at your heartstrings... aww, loved your reaction! ❤ This was a great series - really hope you carry on with the final series, it's well worth your time and would give us all more great reactions from you! I wish more people had your personality, the world would be a much happier place for it! 😊 Wishing you all the best! 👍
Thank you so much. I appreciate you watching. Yes, it really did pull on my heart. Just glimpsing at season two just to see how many episodes there were. I saw Cameron was still in it so hopefully the Jeep blowing up didn’t cost too much damage.
I am so very glad you were able to watch the remainder of Season 1’s “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles”, or TSCC as it’s usually called. I really invested into this TV series when it aired on the Fox Network back in 2008, so you can imagine how frustratingly long we had to wait from March 2008 just for Season 2 to start, which I believe began in September of 2008. This was the first TV show I had not missed an episode when it was airing on Fox. Season 2 was definitely a wild ride, and yet I never understood as to why the ratings began to drop because I enjoyed each episode that was made for S2. I mean, that’s not to say S2 didn’t have flaws. But overall it builds on up with each episode. One notable issue was that the show began to become expensive. If I remember then S2 began on Mondays, but by mid S2 the shows then moved to the Friday night slots, which in the TV show industry, means bad news for TV shows that might possibly be on the verge of cancellation, and unfortunately, it had, and needless to say I was devastated that Fox cancelled the show. I have to say that the last episode of S2, a TH-camr who was definitely a fan of TSCC, had pointed out that when the executives at Fox cancelled the show, the last episode, this TH-camr stated, it was bad timing on Fox to air the last episode on Good Friday. I remember when it was officially announced TSCC was cancelled, there were petitions for the show to be renewed for a third season, which some were hoping for SyFy, then formally known as Sci-Fi Network, to pick up the series and start S3, but never came in to fruition. It’s too bad because it definitely had potential. Sorry for the lengthy narrative. But that’s how much I love this show to this day, and the Derek Reese character was perhaps my favorite character in the series, and Brian Austin Green’s performance as Derek Reese really really REALLY convincing as not only an action star, but also a great actor. He really put 💯 and then some. Anyway, that’s all I got to say. If I would then I could go on and on about TSCC. I really do hope you continue with S2. I’d donate too for you to continue with TSCC S2.
Honey, don’t want to give anything away. I’m just gonna say I was glad I bought both seasons. Prime is selling season 2 for like $15. I think Apple is going for the same price. 20 episodes. A lot cheaper than buying one episode at a time.
My issue with it back in September was the fact that Hulu pulled the episodes so I was unable to screen record season two but I just found season two on Amazon so hopefully they will be coming soon.
@@SinisterSouthernbelleReactions I look forward to your first impression reviews of Season 2. I mourned when this series ended at season 2. Now of course all the players are too old to bring out a credible season 3. Also suggested for review and ended too soon by Network experts, Colony (2016) and The Expanse. Two fun action movies, "Cowboys & Aliens" (2011 and it has everything) and "Battle: Los Angeles" (also a 2011 production). A Western Comedy you may like is "A Million Ways To Die In The West" (2014)..
I'm sooooo ready for the next episode!

Well, thank you for checking it out with me. I appreciate it.

Though awful circumstances, it truly took my breath away. I’m really hoping they put it back on Hulu.

Is it cruel of me to tell you that Season 2 Episode 1 is one of the greatest TV episodes of all time
You are gonna make me break down and spend the $1.99 I see 😄
@SinisterSouthernbelleReactions just do the first episode 👌👌👌
This was a very good and underrated show
17:33 I'm convinced the turk is in that red bag.

"firefly all over again" 😄 sorry about your glasses 😞 thank you for a great reaction 👍☺
Indeed, it was. I’m gonna have to order some more off of Amazon.
Season 1 was just the warm up. Time to review Season 2. 🙂

Well, thank you. I appreciate you being very kind about it.
