They're both solid voicebanks - Popy has a cute tone that packs a lot of power unlike other cute vbs that go to falsetto really quickly, and Rose has a cool tone and is objectively one of, if not the most, powerful voicebank in SynthV that can belt C5 upwards with ease. It all depends on what you want to accomplish w the banks and what other vbs you have at your disposal - If you have vbs like Karin or Tsuina and want something different, then I would suggest getting Rose. I have tons of power banks but I didn't have a cute vb so I got Popy:]
