9:40, from a gatheres POW, you got any idea how triggering this is to watch? You killed him, just to take 2-3 items, and then ditch the rest! They need to buff the gathering gear so it's not so easy to just get mowed down by gankers/gank-squad, as gathering is mostly a solo venture due to the long spawn-time of high-tier trees/fiber and whatnot so it's just silly going 2 lumberjackers in the same spot, and so you are exposed and much to easy to die from a ganker... Each piece of armor should give your corresponding resource a % safe when you die, 15% per armor up to 60%.
what do you mean, thats bullshit. Im a gatherer and I escape these ganks all the time. Most of the time you dont even have to fight - because you spot the nameplate of the ganker. They have to find you somehow too - they see you, you see them. And if they jump you, you are supposed to have invis pots, gig pots, slow pots, res pots or HP pots. You are supposed to have a bloodletter and a mistcaller and you should pop wanderlust when out of range from his purge. Your gathering gear also has defensive abilities. From my POV it looks like youre just not good enough. I make enough money from gathering to come even if I die in 30 minutes. My gathering kit costs around 400k and thats half an hour of T7 farming. Gathering is super profitable so it should be risky. Also by wearing gathering gear, you are GREEDY. You choose the bonus yield in exchange for worse defense and skills. You arent forced to gather in gathering gear. You can wear 1v1 gear, noone is stopping you.
I will try in the future! I do have a video that shows all of my spec though from just a few weeks ago. For those people that are still curious though: I am 100 spec claws and 37 spec on artifact dagger.
The stalker jacket is a good alternative for people that do not have a healer with them. The specter jacket does a ton of damage though if you can survive.

I use spec boots too, when i do smuggling. Plate helmet to use emergency heal to remove dots just in case + lym cape for energy + spec boots the invi is so good when doing scouting and smuggling 3+1 cityrss. 99% of the time will escape. The other 1% is either they have a good tanker/curse to lock u out of invi or they are really just pissed at you. I use these build bcoz my playstyle is a solo player. U can even buy invi potion. for a week all idid was smuggling, result = 2 chars with max island and both have premium. It is tedious but not every1 is lucky to be in groups. =)
Make sure you are not confusing the shoes... There is one that goes invisible and it's a channel, when you move it breaks the channel, then there is specter shes. go market, go section for leather shoes, type specter in search box.. this is the shoes oaktree is using...
They actually patched the boots shortly after I made this video lol. They changed it so that you can no longer immediately attack after becoming visible. There are still some builds that work with the boots though.
Any weapon should work as long as you have the boots and a fiend cowl to deny their sprint. The claymore has decent mobility and catch so I would say it is a great choice.

As cleiton said; a bad reputation puts you at a disadvantage against other players. Also you cannot go into the royal continent with a low enough reputation. There are plenty of good zones to gank in. If you are solo then I would recommend staying away from portal zones in the black zone. Other than that, just walk around and figure out where people hang out during the times you are online.
For this build i'd say bloodletter is better becouse it's more about catching people when they're not mounted, with claws you can dismount easily with disembowel.

It depends on your computer screen. I also have a really short screen and my dad has a large one. He sees enemies much faster than me and he mostly gives calls when enemies come.
good video. They finally made invisibility the same as in Eve Online. I can now change my statement that Albion is 90% copy of EVE to "Albion is 95% copy of EVE" :) Once they release hideouts, give us solo RDG and siege machinery for ZvZ or castle sieges - Albion will be 100% copy of EVE :)

As a gatherer, this build has made my life a nightmare. Problem is there's no real counterplay. They come into your field of vision invis and just appear on top of you. You can't *ward* like in mobas to prevent it.
This shit is scary, like isnt it enough to have literally Big Alliances rn to Gank a single gatherer, no now this also was made public to more ppl, i probably shouldnt gather for the next 3 weeks.

Some of them I briefly saw their name and backed off. Some areas that gatherers usually are I just walk up invisible and see.

in fact you will lose atk and defense against players with bad rep
