Thanks to the overhead shot and your hand staying still I was able to finally understand how the ply bracelet works. Recently got into handspinning so this is perfect, thank you so much for making this video!! :D
Just wondering. Rather than having the end around your pinky when you start winding, is there any reason why you couldn't put that end around your thumb that's already sticking out?
If you make the bracelet this way, your middle finger will bend forward eventually, which can become very uncomfortable if you have a lot of yarn. If you make the loops at the back of your hand, instead of in the front, you won't have that issue. On top of that, the yarn will slide off more easily if the connection between the loops is at the back of your hand.

Glad it was helpful. Thanks for watching. ~Shiree
Loved the overview shot. It was helpful and much easier to see than other videos that I have watched.
Great, thanks.
Started Using ply bracelet for sampling.
Nice! It's a great thing isn't it? ~Shiree

You can do what works for you. I started wrapping on my pinky and that's what works for me. Thansk for watching. ~Shiree
