    I used to take a Goan buddy fishing and he would often surprise me with a few bottles of our catch . I can attest that fish prepared this way is a very welcome treat !

    Marvelous presentation, who would not wish to try your delicious fish moil recipe.
    I remember my mother as she would prepare this quite often.
    The strumming of the guitar by your daughter recalls sweet memories of my late uncle Frank Fernand.

      Neatness has been an objective for my videos from the very onset; thank you for taking notice of it, Philip✨
      But, getting to practicality, silicone spatulas have proved a massive help to keep the vessels more ‘presentable’ during the cooking process 😄

    All your recipes are great and easy to make. Please let me know for how long this and prawn balchao can be stored at room temperature without refrigeration

      My response comes very late, my apologies @IFA ORGANIC FARMING! Maybe this can help for the next preservation season:
      Both, the molho and balchao can be stored for nearly a year at room temperature if cooked and stored properly (details in description box). If you reduce vinegar or oil, then you'd need to refrigerate and that can last for many months.

      Yes, mussels can be used. They would have to be boiled, the flesh scooped out and fried. They can then be added to the moll masala. Hope this helps 💫

    I have taken the recipe for the prawn pickle and shall make one of these days. Since I haven't got big size prawns can I use the small ones. I would also like to know what is begki chillies as mentioned in the goan fish moile they don't have it here or they dont understand what it is. Will it be possible to send me a picture of it.
