There are no raspberries near our house but there are blackberries in several places around the property and all the lawns are full of tiny wild strawberries. It’s like a strawberry lawn, the plants are so little the mower doesn’t even touch them so we get to pick lots. I’ve made jam with them and put them in lemonade to make it pink and sweeten the taste . Yum. All your raspberry recipes look lovely , I like raspberry jelly the best because the seeds are all filtered out😂. My favourite of all the berries is red currents and I found a small bush for sale this year so I’m excited to grow my own. Enjoy the summer, by the end of August the nights begin to get colder here and I’m drawn to find some yarn, patterns I like and get the needles out to start making hats, mitts, scarves and socks to give as Christmas gifts. It’s the same every year but this year because of Covid I’ve already found some pretty patterns and dug out my yarn stash to plan so as soon as the cool nights start I’ll be ready. Fascinating video Miriam. My favourite way of eating raspberries is just with sugar and cream (creme fraiche). The three ingredients mixed together, prepared some hours in advance and kept at the refrigerator. The sugar makes the natural juices of the raspberries to come out and they turn deep purple and sweet. Cream cheese or even condensed milk can be used if you don't have creme fraiche. If you use cream cheese some milk or even water should be added because cream cheese is very consistent. Finally, when you make the preparation, add two or three soup spoons of a liquor if you have any at home, this makes the preparation even more juicy. Two or three hours in the refrigerator is very convenient. ENJOY dear family!!!

I see your husband has cut off his wonderfully stylish hair (probably ages ago but I've not had any notifications for your videos) Personally I prefer strawberries 🍓 to raspberries although we grew raspberries in our garden. We also had fruit trees and had plums grow every year which my Dad always made into jam. I must admit I cringed when you put the lids onto your jam jars before you wiped the spillage from around the top. I can imagine it was very sticky to clean off afterwards, plus it would attract insects to the jar... not as you need me to say it, you're amazingly creative in what you make.

Beautiful video about raspberries which reminds me of my childhood in real China where I was born until the age of 11. We didn't grow raspberries just wild all over the countryside.
we have also a little maybe mini raspberry tree in our garden, just for fun. Even though we have a few rapberry every year, but they are very tasty. And i love our tomatos in our mini greenhous. my strawberry and rhubarb are molto bene. By the way, i'm a vegetarian as well, just ike you. I was in sweden 17 yers ago, in sommer, it was quite nice.

This video tells me your computer survived the water accident! Yeah!! Raspberries are a real thing in Sweden! My brother lives there with his wife and their children and he always shares photos of raspberries :) The candy looked really tasty and so did the pie!
They are in Qinghai Province in Northwest China! The altitude of this area is 2200 meters, and some areas are higher! Qinghai is the birthplace of China's three major rivers, known as the "roof of the world". However, compared with the mainland of China, the annual rainfall here is not much. Qinghai's topography includes snow mountains, grasslands, deserts and agricultural areas, so floods in the mainland of China will not happen here! There is no virus here!
I wasn't aware of the one she went to, seems to be near Datong, but I know a lovely farm in outside of Ping An, my family tries to go there at least once every fall
