why cause they don 't worked as a team ! 39 chose 1 guy to be gov and 1 to be top 3 Don has 3 or 4 guys with high score + in DON the best does everything so they lost power at 5, FSH via the super raid made the rest of the clan work, despite the risk for them (mansion attack), so they shared the dead troops. 5B power in less shared with 50 to 100 make easier the long fight than 5B lost at 5. In SFA it was the same (i had this discussion with a friend in 243 he wanted to move but cost hight i told him to fulfil his hospital, since he was in SFA and participate in gov and CP he should have a big hospital, he told me that wasn 't the cas cause in gov it was only the best who fight)
