I think that might be a bit beyond poor old Phil these days. A lifetime of drumming like an absolute legend has left him a physical wreck. But someone else could do it using Phil's music as the soundtrack.

The chord change at 4:03 is out of nowhere and almost jarring yet it somehow pushes things into even more dangerous and unsettling territory. I've been a Genesis fan for 30+ years and this recording and video gave me goosebumps. Brilliant work, hope you take a crack at another song from their catalog someday!
The video really tells a story, doesn't it? Two subjects in constant reality-flux, at times tormented, then menacing to the point of demonic, then terrified.... and sometimes, attempting a near-impossible connection as they morph from one reality to the next. Fascinating.
How is it that Phil’s voice worked SO DAMN WELL with this style? I always loved his singing but this just adds to my appreciation. Really cool version!
