    This evenmindedness, when maintained by regular deep meditation, removes the boredom, disappointment, and sorrow from everyday life, making it instead a very interesting and enjoyable experience of the soul.

    This counsel is exactly what I needed to hear today. I have been going through many of the struggles you speak of in this talk, feeling discouraged and full of negative self judgement. I feel so relieved and re-inspired to continue whole heartedly on this very sacred path! Thank you so much! Many Blessings to you!❤

      Upon beginning meditation efforts (and now sometimes), the resistance and restlessness were cunning and intense. In the language of my soul I cried to God, "Does anyone else battle so much like this?! There's got to be a guide in some form, please help!" Gurudeva led me to 'God Talks With Arjuna', his translation and commentary on the Bhagavad Gita; how it also represents the inner battles of meditation. 🔥"OHHH!!!" 🙏 Paramahansaji, thank you!!! ❤️‍🔥

      Additionally, the Gita videos from 'YSS of India' are of great help to me. The one about the conch shells transformed my determination. ❤️‍🔥 Okay, there I'll go next! 🙏 Thank you 🐚🎶🕉️

    This is an excellent meditation instruction guide because if you don't know what to expect beginning your meditation efforts your mind and senses will justify you stopping your practice before you realize the priceless benefits you will derive from a meditation practice through your life.

      @Masi.Capone หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      You can. Think of life as more of a dream world. If you become lucid in a dream at night, you would enjoy it so much more knowing for sure you'll wake up soon. You'd be completely unattached to anything there. It's like a more simple version of becoming self realized. The problem is getting so lost in it, that you believe your existence depends on this world.
