Minecraft is a sandbox game developed by Mojang Studios. Can we just appreciate how much Kevin's building skills have improved? This house doesn't look half bad! The 3 walled dirt shack I mean, not that stone atrocity later in the vid.
At least he used diorite, it may not be as good as andesite but no one sane should use granite, that ugly red monstrosity needs to go!😊

With a lot of these videos, I end up thinking that I would love to see Kevin play with someone that knows Minecraft really well, especially redstone, and just watch what happens when you have the chaotic ideas of Kevin combined with the Minecraft knowledge to make it happen.

Later he Brought it back to do Mod reviews, before it turned back into the ARG again where his friends would be sacrificed, before eventually he would come face to face with a Devil figure played by Skydoesminecraft who would send him back to the Superflat world to repeat the cycle)

Just in case you do this again, or something like this again, i wanted to let you know that glowstone is actually always on. It's always glowing. What you were thinking about is redstone lamps which are off until you power them. The sensors would have worked for the lamps so good job!

kevin getting back into minecraft at the same time i did is honestly so lucky. I get to build my rainbow bridges while watching him make houses out of glass and dirt. Its a win-win for everybody.

Somehow after years of watching, the most disturbing yet unsurprising thing I've seen Kevin do is build a man into the wall of his home as a convenience.
It's too bad he didn't show the making of the real smart home stuff of the auto cow killer and the wheat harvesting. I would have loved to have seen how he did that! Would love a full series with this though!

yup this is vanilla - but kevin actually has a minecraft series from a few years ago! theres also his one-chunk challenge, also a series.
If you put boats in the cow pin, they count as entities so you can actually set it up to auto kill them as they enter. An idea is to keep two or more to the side in an enclosure, then have your breeding area, and a small offshoot to let them walk to and then fall into a 1x1 with a bunch of boats and a hopper to a chest so that it crams so many entities into the small area that it kills the cows as they go inside.

You should really try the "create" mod it's kind of like using redstone but much more intuitive and esthetically pleasing. You can make windmills and trains and all sort of contraptions. Also comes with in-game animations that explain how to use all the blocks. I absolutely love it.

20 min in: I agree, there's just something more fun about early survival MC over creative.
Couple things: glowstone doesn't turn off and on at all, but redstone lamps do! They look "smarter", as well! Underwater magma keeps your air filled, just crouch on it so it doesn't hurt. You could use trapdoors and/or buttons instead of oak logs to keep the water in your kelp farm. (Observers and pistons can automate the process for you, too) You had also captured a nitwit zombie villager, he wouldn't have been a smart room mate. Quite the opposite, actually. 😆 And maybe fences in place of the glass panes for the magma trap so that the mobs can maintain line of sight? Not 100% sure on that one, though.
You're doing amazing, dude! I'd luv to see how else you make your house smart!

Black turtleneck Kevin is my fav. Something about turtlenecks on kevin makes him look like a professional interior designer. His home designs are really good tbh. Just imagine the power he will hold when he master the art of redstones and other stuff used to make things automatic(idk, i don't play minecraft)

Which also means if you want to mine something on the seafloor but don't have any respiration enchants or that sort of thing, putting down a magma block and sneaking on it can be very handy underwater.

Kevin wanting to be able to eat everything, from horses to villagers, makes me wonder why he hasn't played Rimworld yet!!! He could so easily play Jim Pickens and make a cult, and do all sorts of wacky stuff! Honestly its a game that feels like its made for Kevin's antics, its wild that he hasn't played it yet.
