Wish to ask few questions in this regards. 1) are there any disease which can transmit from fishes to human? 2)how can we keep our aquarium fishes safe from live fish food brought from market which are either collected or bred in bad water or bad circumstances. 3)the water from fish tank is it ok to dispose in garden or area of human interference. All my above question are based on the 1) salmonella 2) a wounded surface contact with aquarium water, I read and searched about these common question but it would be better if you can explain a bit more. Usually it is said to have cats and dog are very good at home and kids(for immune system growth)but few say the fur or hair of these cats and dogs are very dangerous, (am not sure) some also belive Or say it causes breathing issues and allergy Or some intestinal issues. Even to pregnant mother /babies in the womb but i see videos of babies and kids playing together so is it my confusion? Sir, I think not maintainance of proper nitrogen cycle in tank, over bioload is the 1st largaest reason of fish death. However, it's also included in stress. 😅😅
Don't use blue medicine as water conditioner actually that's a medicine use good quality Anti Chlorine stop use the blue medicine it's not good for fish
I use undergravel filter which keeps my tank a crystal clear water, no bad smell. My fishes are happy and grown up. Do not emerge your hand into tank frequently. Try to use aquarium cover if it is put near kitchen. Take knowledge your fishes swim in which level in your aquarium. You need to observe whether your fishes are getting food or not. After all you need to love them with whole of your mind.

My 10 years experience in fish keeping tells that most of the decease kills fishes. Only remedy is what mayur ji told keep those fishes which you can easily manage. 2nd purchase fishes with proper condition from reliable shop owner. 3rd use good quality food and apply proper quantity that fishes consume within 15-20 minutes. 4th , yes salt is the best remedy. Do not invest much on medicine. Keep watching your fishes. Use proper substrate.

sometimes i have this weird fear that what if someday i wake up to see ghost fishes asking me why they had to die only for me to learn something. i really get sad thinking about the innocent fishes which died during my initial days of this hobby when i knew nothing i know people say that we keep on learning everyday in this hobby but most people(including me) ended up learning after they did something wrong which killed those innocent fishes rip to all those poor fishes which died due to such acts
