Great explanation! Always easy to understand and to follow in the Cathlab. In a routine non complicated DK-crush, how many GW an balloons you usually use?
Dear Manos Ultimaster 2.25 to 3.0 mm expands to 4.5 mm. It’s the best stent for size mismatch. Also the risk with very small balloons is they travel under struts easily. I would suggest the POT crush step first and avoiding a balloon below 2.0 mm where possible.
Thank you for the brilliant video. My only comment is that if it is that hard to cross the balloon into SB then I would consider the possibility of the wire being underneath the stent strut and will rewire it. I don't normally like to push too hard with balloons
@@manosbrilakis DK culotte should be the default strategy when performing modern culotte. It basically involves a POT at each point after stent deployment and a kiss after each stent deployment followed by a final POT. It greatly facilitates the procedure and minimises the risk of passage under stents and stent deformation that goes unrecognised angiographically.
Wow,amazing.Would love to get a few weeks training under you...Great teacher ....
Lucid presentation of DK CRUSH
thanks. I like to rotate the balloon slightly clockwise and counterclockwise a little when inserting through the stent cell. usually works
Great tip, thank you!
Thank you, Matheus Silva
Thanks for your educative presentation.

Thank you - excellent point - Ultimaster is not available currently in the US.
Great point 👍🏻

Great as always

Thank you for brilliant video lessons! What is your opinion about DK Culotte? I tried it twice and was wery happy with result.
I do not have any experience with it, hence cannot comment.

The most dreadful step is deploying the main vessel stent jailing the SB wire between to metal struts,
