This story was from our homestead in mid to later in June when the mosquitoes show up in force. No we don’t spray for them, because we don’t want to kill the good bugs. Our ducks and chickens eat bugs daybreak till dawn when they go to bed. This evening we saw that the bats and nighthawks were out eating their share of the skeeters. It was lots of fun watching them work the swarms. Nature’s entertainment. Everything has a job on this earth, even mosquitoes. God made it this way. Now I don’t like getting bit, and we have citronella plants and torches around a pavilion.
