Awesome videos. My granddaughter just asked me to make her a homecoming mum and I had no idea what she was talking about. I promised her I would look on youtube and I found you. Can you please let me know where to find the trinkets. She is a freshman at a brand new school this year and I would really like to try to make a mum for her. Also is the ribbon just sating ribbon? Thank you so much Connie. I love that name by the way, lol. So it’s a lot to start from not knowing what a mum is to completing one. I would suggest you start with the basics. I’m going to link a video walking through a very basic fall mum tutorial. If you’re only making one than your best bet is to go to Hobby lobby, and Michaels. You don’t want to go to a wholesale place because you will have way too much. It’s going to cost you a bit to get everything you need. The ribbon we use is called acetate. We also combine it with satin and regular ribbon. I hope this response, and the video that I’m linking will help you. If not, please feel free to ask more questions.
