Enjoyed this as I have been away from my dear home jersey for 5 years so needed this.
(I won’t mention how you pronounced some of the local names but it gave me a giggle 😂)

Beautiful walk! I walked some of these paths on my visit to Jersey earlier this year! I've subscribed!

Thanks Henry. Yes, I was lucky with the weather back then, which helped.
"Morceaux de la terre, tombee a la mer, ramassee par l'Angleterre"...
      Thanks for watching😉👍

Cheers fellas! You do need the right sort of weather for this walk, mind; I was lucky! Jersey is the sunniest part of the British Isles though, so you've got a fair chance, at the right time of year.

Just watching this one again, after three years (how time flies), and just as interesting as the first time! The plant you were wondering about at 42.57 is Bell Heather, Erica cinerea (in case you haven't looked it up since :) ).

Thanks! Nearly 4 years now, so there's another one gone! Have you been over since?

Have spent several short breaks on Guernsey since, but so far only an afternoon trip from there to Jersey, so it's still on the list! I can recommend the coastal walks on Guernsey, especially along its south coast - somewhat similar to Jersey.

+Westwoodii Yes, I walked Guernsey's coast, and 'quiet lanes', a few years before Jersey; I didn't have a handicam then so didn't film it, unfortunately. Lovely scenery! Also, did Sark that time...interesting place!

Yes, have also done Sark; great little place, but under the charming veneer, some pretty nasty internal politics going on there!

      Wouldn't surprise me! ;-)

Pleasure! Though can't vouch for its effectiveness myself...;-)

Great vid. Just for your info, it's St. Ouen's Bay with an 'O'. It's pronounced Warns to rhyme with darns.
