My whole family has arthritis except me and I am 60. I don't even have back pain, like most people my age. I am incredibly lucky and thank the Lord every day.
When you have been a loner all your life and arthritis get you its more challenging ..you are lucky to have family and friends..thanks for sharing mate
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia after spine fusion surgery and few years later with RA. I also came down with hidradenitis suppurativa which is a horrible autoimmune skin disease a couple years after the RA diagnosis. I’m on Humira to treat both. My chronic back pain with everything else has left me disabled and I’m always in constant pain. I suffered the loss of my marriage and I was terrified of what would happen to me and my kids but we survived and they’re grown adults now. I live for my family and try to make make the best of things. All these things have made me a stronger person.
Hang in there everyone I got this shit at 39 and I’m 44 now and still dealing with it. I do carnivore keto diet that seems to really help I no longer have a casual beer or alcohol because it definitely makes me tired, low-dose THC helps but I work in a hospital so that’s out of the question. I take cold showers which takes a long time to get used to but it really ignites you’re a fighter flight which I think is good for what we’re going through. Thanks for posting your video, good luck God bless
Diet change for me in 2023. And to think I was going to go out for a casual drink to meet someone - not going to happen....(the mental toll and suffering *sigh*).
I'm diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia at 38. problems starting with my neck at 15. I completely understand seeing the stadium and feeling like crap because you can't even attempt to be athletic anymore.
Hi. My name is Juana. It gets better. I was diagnosed with RA 39 years ago. I also was diagnosed with Sjögrens more recently, as well. I'm creating a website so to support people with RA.
I just got diagnosed at 54 and Dr's are super expensive as well as the medications. I have no choice but to keep working to keep my insurance and income. I have yet to be able to see a Rheumatologist because no one will see me until at least Feb and it's November now. My gen Dr thinks I've been going untreated for the past 3yrs but RA Dr's don't care. I've called 30+ and not one will see me until next year.
