Excellent decision. That 10 year limit is the only drawback. Almost no niggles. This is a 7 year old suv. Tata should learn from Toyota.
Suspension is bad, has spine breaking ride quality. I've owned a 2015 fortuner 4x2... I tried changing suspension setup and finally gave up and sold it.

i fully support this review for the authenticity of verdict. i just purchased 2014 4by2 fortuner automatic 90000 km driven . noise of engine n response is like a newly owned vehicle .no rattling sound of upholstery n doors . toyota is a benchmark for automobile engineering n fortuner is a product which is irrespective of age n run any day better than mahindra tata products .

Of owners have high probability tht service is not done at authorised toyota service centres . If the fortuners are thoroughly serviced at Toyota asc , then nothing happens to 10-12 years old or 2 lakh km driven fortuner .

Boss mai aapka fan hai. Bataye Innova crysta bs6 me koi issue toh nhi aa rahi hai.
I also feel that it is easier to drive SUV on a busy road than a hatchback or a sedan. I have seen that people themselves give me way in a crowded junction when I drive Creta, but on the other hand, if I drive my Alto then my car gets stuck in traffic and nobody gives any way.
And in narrow roads people get stuck in suv 😂😂😂

This kind of SUV can easily run another 25-30 years. As per this video I think in India Toyota Spears parts too Much expensive.
This why we directly went for the Fortuner Legender 4x4. Have a daily use on bad road, dirt road, etc. A few Road trip off to dirt tracks offroading, etc. So this vehicle only made full sense. Planning to keep it for 10 years atleast

On road Budget 6 lakh ka tha, but extend kar ke 6.93 lakh On Road me Tiago ka top XZ+ model book kia hun and registration bhi process ho gaya hay.. But after Punch launched, bahut confusion me hun ke decision sahi tha kya nehi.. per day 100 km chalna hay 50% city 50% highway.. CNG nehi lena tha aur diesel ka budget nehi tha jo ki pehle hi bataya...Tiago leke ghate ka sauda to nehi hua.. ?

It's sad to see such well engineered vehicles being phased out of service so soon. Isko scrap karke nayi gaadi bananae mei zyada pollution ho jayega. Toyota cars if well maintained can easily run for 20 years and over 2 lakh kilometers.

I think it's not a good decision if your running is low. Better to go for petrol high end model cars with maximum 5 years old. You will get 10 years of car life with appx. 50 to 60 depreciated price.
