You're not wrong... it is a FABULOUS tour and I just LOVED every second! We flew into Heathrow and got a bus transfer straight to Watford... where we stayed.. and got the shuttle bus to the studio! Would go again in a heartbeat❤!
Hello, nice video thanks. Could you tell me what is the best way from the airport London stansted to the Warner Bros Studio of Harry Potter? Thanks from Germany
Hi there, thanks for checking out the video! We don't have experience getting to the studio from Stansted, but from quickly researching, it looks like you have a couple of options. 1) Public transit from Stansted to London, and then take one of the options listed in the video to the studio (guided tour with transportation, or train from Euston station). I would expect this to be the cheaper option and take between 2-3 hours one way. 2) You could use a ride share app such as Bolt directly to the studio from stansted. I would expect this to cost between £65-80 one way, but be much quicker at between 1 hour to 75 minutes. This is all based on doing some simple planning using Google and Google Maps, we cannot vouch for these based on experience, but hope that gets you started!
How can i recognise the buss is there any information about it? And it’s right in front the Victoria station? Because main is in Victoria station and I don’t know anything about it please help
Hi! With the package we got, we went into the Victoria Coach Station and there was a stall for the bus to WB Studios. There was information about where to go within the station in the GetYourGuide app once booked. There are also people with clipboards you can check in with, where they'll have your name on it from the GYG booking 😊 They will tell you which stall to wait by and will let you know once the bus ready to board. There will be lots of other people waiting to get on the same bus as you as well, so it's quite easy to find it once inside!
Hi Adriana! I am not sure the details around guided tours, as the package we purchased was self-guided with the transportation included. We didn't wait very long to get in, and we found the experience to be plenty stimulating without a guide! Obviously it's personal preference, but for an experience like this, I'd rather have the ability to wander about freely, as there's so much to look at! We've found that guided tours in general skip over portions of a museum/experience because they simply do not have enough time to talk about every little detail. With somewhere like WB Studio, I feel it'd be best to have the freedom to do explore on your own :)
Hello! I just bought tickets for the 11:00 slot but i was wondering Is this the time of the pick up or the time we enter the studio? Cuz if its the rime of the enter it means i should be there an hour and half early.??¿i got confused 🤯
Hey Jenny - great question and apologies for the confusion! For most of these, the time slot is the departure time of your bus. If you're using the ticket we used, the time slot you pick is when your bus will leave Victoria Coach Station. Looking at the one we got, those buses leave 15 minutes past the hour, starting at 8:15am (with the exception of the last bus that leaves at 1:45p). We took the 8:15a bus to the studio, so we got to Victoria Coach Station around 7:55a-8:00a to make sure we got to the correct bus and such. There were plenty of people around that we were able to ask and make sure we were on the right bus - they're used to seeing the GetYourGuide tickets as well! The 1.5 hours you are seeing on the itinerary is the time they set aside for the actual bus ride. I think the bus ride is actually around 75 mins or so, but they put 1.5 hours on the itinerary to show how much time the bus ride takes on either end. So in other words, if you pick the 8:15a time slot, 8:15a is the time your bus leaves for the studio. Does that help?
@jennyb1147 yeah i would give yourself a solid 20 minutes at least to make sure you're at the right departure gate! It's not a massive station by any means, but better to be a bit early when possible 😊 hope you have a great time!
Hi Tom - yes, the bus from Watford station is included with your ticket purchase! You can find the details for the bus here as well: www.wbstudiotour.co.uk/getting-here/
Hi! Which link did you click? It should be this one (I might need to fix the link somewhere if this isn't coming up): gyg.me/j0Y4DvSo I've searched GYG for tours without transfers and don't see any. If you just want to get tickets, you can do that here on WB Studios' direct website: www.wbstudiotour.co.uk/tickets/#individual-family
@ Thanks for your reply. The link shows all the options for Harry Potter studios packages. And the official website only shows tickets for 2025 and im going early on in December :(
Ok try this one! www.getyourguide.com/london-l57/warner-bros-studio-tour-london-the-making-of-harry-potter-t31392/?partner_id=H4F9EBP&cmp=youtube_hp So weird because they go directly to the activity for me. It could be that they are sold out for December directly through the website - it's a popular activity and they only sell so many tickets per day. Something like GYG may have more options depending on what they have access to!
Hello.. i already book a ticket without round trip transport. Can you suggest how can I reach warner bross studio from heathrow airport, and also from warner bross to heathrow? (best transport) .thanks in advance
Hi there! I don't have experience going from the airport, but there is a tube station and bus station at the airport. It looks like the RA3 and 724 GreenLine busses go to the Watford Junction stop directly from the airport...estimated 75-90 min journey. From there, you'd take the free bus that runs between Watford Junction and WB Studio. That's probably your best bet!
Hello, I’m asking a question and sorry if it’s a dumb one or you might have already said it in the video ( but because i am booking for the whole family and i am afraid to book something wrong 🥲😅 ) so my question is, the tickets you used are they just for the bus ride to the studio or for the whole entry of the studio? So if the per person is 132$ does it mean it’s for the whole studio and explore or just the station ride? ( sorry for my bad English, it’s not my first language 🤍 )
Hi there, no problem at all! Yes you are correct, the ticket we purchased included entry to the studio. As you exit the bus, the bus driver (or their assistant) will hand you a ticket 😊
We somehow managed to cram everything into about 4 hours, but would have been perfectly content to stay for another hour or so to go at a bit of a slower pace!
Understood. Thank you very much for the response! I will go next month and on the day I wanted they only had an 18.30 opening so I was kinda worried that I will not have time until 22.00 to see it all, but I intend to see the cafe and the shop before the actual tour if its possible.
I see! I believe your ticket is scanned before entering the building if i'm remembering correctly. I did find this in the FAQs on their website regarding the sho: "The Studio Shop opens from 9:30am and is available to access before or after your tour." So you shouldn't have any trouble shopping before your scheduled time! I couldn't find anything specifically about the cafe towards the entrance. There is a cafe halfway through as well. Would be worth asking when you get there! If you go to the shop before your time though, you'd still have plenty of time for the rest of your visit - I'd definitely still recommend going!
Hi there! Certainly depends on how much time you want to spend in each section, but a minimum of 4 hours, maybe 5-6 if you really want to soak it all in. There were some spots we only skimmed over because there's a lot to look at, read about and experience.
