Beef Bulalo

Bulalo is a beef dish from the Philippines.
It is a soup that is made by cooking beef shanks and bone marrow until the collagen and fat has melted into the clear broth.
Main ingredients: Beef Shank (Cut), Cabbage, Green Beans, Corn, Potatoes, Onions, Green Long Chilli, Iodized Salt, Black Peppercorn, Fish Sauce, Beef Cubes and Water.
