Micro-greens, or micro leaves, are simply the seedlings of leafy herbs and plants that we would usually allow to grow to full size before harvesting.
非常好养的绿叶蔬菜，不用种植土，水培就行。
从种子到发芽十天左右就能吃了。在窗台就能养，空间有限也没关系。
而且一年四季都可以种植。
