Wow just found out about these guys. I love their sound. The guitar, the voices, and the funky sounds the keyboard makes all go so well together. I love how folky they sound too. Reminded me of the old Mumford and Sons. Beautiful! Also their voices are just soo perfect together!!
please listen to Michael Gungor Band "Ancient Skies" Album , you wont regret it, specially the "Prodigal" song. I saw them live in Hillsong Conference a while back and that song brought me to tears to just really thank God how blessed I am.

Just watched them live few days ago here in manila :) Awesome! they sound very much better live than the album, Gungor has a solo part each song so cool!
Thankful and blessed to see them perform a few years back at a fundraiser for a mission in Denton TX, where Michael went to college for a while. Phenomenal! ❤️
Alfred Wilson Yes, it is possible to perceive the use of the banjo in this album, but not the same way as before. And Gungor inspired me to play this instrument, so i was a little disappointed because this detail, but that does not make it less interesting and good album.
Look up the video on his gear rig. I understand your disappointment but he does take the instrument on tour. So that's something to be thankful for! :)
