    Hello sir I have six seasons with eight environmental variables and 35 species atlist of diatoms how to calculate in past software
    Is only canonical correspondence analysis sufficient
    Or go for other ordinations

    Hello sir, is it possible to analyze the data using the PAST4 application but the data is not balanced, namely 9 areas have rubbish and 6 areas do not? Can this case be simplified into an area with rubbish (a combination of all data from 9 areas where there is rubbish) and an area without litter (a combination of 6 areas where there is no rubbish), what kind of data analysis should I use for this case? Thank You

      This is possible in grouped CCA analysis. Find out if related research papers have already have been published?. But grouping CCA analysis is not possible for PAST 4 Version. Thank you for posting your doubts.

    Hello sir I have one problem if I have one problem if I use different symbols from past software, how to copy to add in footnotes
    Eg if I use pink triangle to represent particular site then how I can copy it to add in footnote

      Footnote add opection not available past software. So u try to any photos editing software and add to footnote...

    I had a problem to do the analysis, I selected the environmental parametres, but when I ran the CCA, it did show me a message that said: "SVD did not converge". How I can fix that?

      @@StatisticsBio7 Thaks for your reply, I fixed the mistake, I had two variables were not included in the analysis, due to their incappability to calculate the variance. But now my doubt is with the length of the triplot, because the software gives me a determined size, but I have seen in other videos that they can increase this size to watch the association of variables, but I don't know if this is correct to do.

      As my problem is I have eight variables studied in six seasons at five different sites so total samples are 30
      So when I select data from CA
      I add number of variables then a dialogue box appeared which shows
      A least 2 rows, 2 environment and 2 data columns required
      Which I did not understand
