Yellow Category: Nationals who do NOT need a visa to visit Montenegro for 30 days
Nationals of the Republic of Ecuador, the Republic of Cuba, the Republic of Peru and the Russian Federation may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days, with a valid travel document issued by those countries.
Blue Category: Nationals who do NOT need a visa to visit Montenegro for 30 days with special conditions
Nationals of Belarus may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days, with a valid travel document, without a visa, if they have a proof od tourist arrangement or invitation letter drawn up in accordance with the regulations for issuing visas for a short stay (visa C).
Nationals of the People’s Republic of China with a valid travel document issued in accordance with the regulations of that country may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days, as an organized tourist group that together enters, stays and leaves Montenegro, provided they have a proof of paid tourist arrangement and proof of provided return to the country of origin or transit.
Nationals of the People’s Republic of China with a valid public affairs passport issued in accordance with the regulations of that country may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days, provided they have an invitation letter in accordance with the regulations for issuing visas for a short stay (visa C).
Red Category : Nationals who need a visa to visit Montenegro for any purpose
Nationals holding ordinary passport issued by the countries colored red above need to apply for a Visa to visit Montenegro.

What about if you have a UK Travel Document Passport?
Normally you should enter, however please get your confirmation from the closest Montenegrin embassy before starting the travel (maybe things changed after brexit)

Hello I’m egyptian and Montenegro allowed entering the country for Egyptians without visa under the condition of traveling as part of organized trip through a specific tourism agency in egypt and on Montenegro charter airlines ; but, i don’t want to travel through the agency and i have a valid US visa and i want to travel to Montenegro on my own and on Turkish Airlines via Istanbul as transit .. is it ok ? It takes 10 years of continuous stay in Montenegro to apply for a citizenship. Montenegro also does not accept double citizenship

Hi, yes you can for 30 days, but we strongly advise you to contact a Montenegrin Embassy in order to confirm before your travel, because current law was set before Brexit.
