Selected from a series of talks on the Chandogya Upanishad, “You Are That” draws its title from the spiritual teaching which a young man named Shvetaketu receives from his father: “There is nothing that does not come from God. Of everything he is the inmost self. He is the truth. He is the Self supreme. You are that, Shvetaketu, you are that.”
