(2) As a KUKIS law maker, you should know Crime and punishment go hand in hand.if some KUKIS destroyed hard earned Tax payers Public property,they should be given exact punishment. why Saikot MLA abused power as an MLA by securing their immediate release. Are you not signalling that "Do whatever you like ,I will come to your rescue"???Your actions had set a very bad precedent as LAW Breaker is a law Breaker and such acts really emboldened these KUKIS ARSONIST and lawbreakers to do more harm next time instead of repentance and showing remorseful of their acts. (3) The sizeable number of illegal CHIN KUKIS BURMESE who were arrested from Churchandpur and in adjoining areas are being lodged in jails in Imphal.These illegal migrants couldn't have come without the tacit support of the locals.Why not as a local MLA discouraged local KUKIS not to support and help those illegal migrants.Infact human trafficking is a serious crime and why not discouraged them, not to support such acts and given proper counseling.? (4)As a Kukis law maker of Manipur why there is no dissemination of correct information regarding Reserved Forest Areas as well as Dos and Don'ts?Reserved Forest areas accounted less than 8.42℅ of the total forest land areas of Manipur.Can't a lawmaker understand that Government of Manipur rules by the law upholding the Constitution of India and accordingly should implement the most recent SUPREME COURT RULINGS towards protection of Reserved Forest areas ,including banning of any activity in and around of One KM radius of Reserved Forests Areas.??? When some Kukis lawmakers are keeping a defeaning silence on some burning issues, then every indigenous people has a right to know and call for a High level investigation to actually who really are the main beneficiaries of these massive, huge WINDFALL DRUGS MONEY derived from ILLEGAL POPPY TRADE.?? I pray to the Almighty to give an MLA from the KUKIS community who not only loves his own Community but also loves other communities of Manipur.
