You are so right about how we see color and our lovely clients see color.

Please someone respond me , i used to mix 2 shades ice irise with clear high lift . And it worked for me . This month i went to buy them as usual . The shade clear deseapeared 😢😢 . And replaced by something called biscuit . But this shade seems to have red undertones 😢😢😢 whyyyyy did u change the formula . Anyways can someone help me to find a substitute i cant risk trials . My hair is natural 1 or 2 . Ice irisee is too blue dark if i use it alone . It colors my length that are level 9 -10 . Hello there, We relaunched BLONDME in August and the Clear in the BLONDME Lifting is no longer in the portfolio. Sand would be a great option to dilute the tone intensity and still keep it on the cooler side. Hope that this helps.

Hey there! For the warmer tone, Josie did the toning and pre pigmentation in one by using the 0-77 so no need to do 2 steps. For the other tones, they lived at a level 8 or lighter so there was no need to pre pigment. I hope that clears it up for you!

Hello 👋 When using the IGORA ROYAL Line we recommend only using the IGORA ROYAL OIL DEVELOPER's. Hope that this helps 🫶
