I love all your work Paul, I wanna be like you one day! I have a question, how much time should we rest between sets in jump training, wether its isometrics or plyometrics? I wish you all the best!!
1- 2 ......start from 2 then reduce to make the workout more intense each week
@@swastikyadav3127 So should I rest 2 minutes between plyos and isometrics? Or less between isometrics so that part of the training gets more intense? Like 1 minute and a half between plyos and 45sec-1min between isometric holds and strenght exercises?

@@tomasalmeida7270 yeah 45-1min is good enough after isometrics....and like u can do 2 min rest bet exercises and like 1- 1.30 bet sets .......like i do 1min rest bet exercises . so like i find that way the best and i remember him saying in one of his podcast that while doing vert training intent matters a lot and rest should be enough so that u perform each set with max intent ....and thats different for everyone but have atleast 1 min rest and after doing the workout once ull adapt on how your body reacts to it ..then u can decide for urself how much rest u need
......and rest is important like i used to not take the neccessary rest and push myself
and had a terrible sore soleus (calf) couldnt like jump without it paining .hope this helps
