    Don't buy plot near to high extension wires. if you construct house in future, health issue will come who are staying there due to high voltage frequency. Just my suggestion ...its upto you to take decision. Happy buying plots :)

      Radhamadab Nagar will cost 1350/sqft and my budget was below 1000/sqft so I preferred this project as it came within my budget

    This plotted scheme is approved by BDA
    or not. Who is the legal owner of the land. I.e single owner or multiple owner. What is the drainage,water supply, n,
    energy supply systems followed. From the above video the plots need sand fillings. Who will do that. Considering
    all aspects the landcost should not cross
    RS.500.per sft.
