Hey thanks Matt. Looks great as usual. Glad I found a good tech to send my stuff to. After watching your videos I don't wanna let anyone else near them. Thanks again, I can't wait to get the radio back.
Good morning, Matt. Metal mice chewing solder so parts fall out. Pin balls slamming coils. Wacked out radios transmitting gibberish, with over modulating splatter matter, mutilating and mudding muttered mumblings... and your finesse for fine alignment once again saves a failing radio. Appreciate your work. Keep it rollin' and I will keep on smilin'.73's I'm off the key.
Nice work. I also like how you leave the comment section open. I've seen alot of the cb techs on here turn them off. To me, that's a red flag 🚩😳. Is it because they don't know what they are doing? I don't know. But after watching many videos of you and others, that's why I decided to send my 2 radios and amps to you.
Yeo good question. Could definitely possibly be a red flag..I see your noticing things that may not be directly in your face. That's good, you got your eyes open. I got your stuff the other day, so will keep you posted on what I find out. Thanks for watching 73
@@TheRadioGarage no problem. Thank you for taking my stuff in. I have referred you to several others as well. I jist picked up a Cobra 148gtl and a Palomar 250 I'll be sending soon. I wanna it set up as a base station. I know its nit much but it should do what I need it to. The 148gtl works good. But I think it needs to be "unhacked" so to speak. It is said to have been aligned and variable power. I can't confirm. I do know that swr/cal knob isn't working as it's intended function. But I think it is adjusting the power. If I crank it up, it pegs the meter. I opened the cover and it has had work done but I can't verify what it is.
