Clint Simonton abruptly resigned from school board in October 23. Yes, the school had an account with the failed bank! $20 million in school bonds for 1000 students? Seems kinda large.

I got the records showing that he resigned, but I couldn't link the bank to the school. How can we confirm the bank has an account, and also, is that account over the $250,000 threshold? Is the 40/60 million missing from pension funds from the ISD or from hospitals?

I read only in an audit that the school had an account, not sure which year it was. Am trying to revisit which year I noticed that in. The town has been paying a bond of $90k+ yearly to the bank since 2019 until 2028. Something like $790k original borrowed amount. Will go back and see which year audit that was in.

I use to lease a car that was registered in Dallas- Denton county, a fee was accessed to my account that I didn’t recognize. I called the car company and they told me it was due to the city of Arlington issuing bond’s for building both Globe Life field and AT & T Stadiums. I told them I didn’t live in the county where the stadiums were. They said unfortunately, everyone in the surrounding counties had to pay the fees with a leased car registered in those surrounding counties. I moved out of state and had my lease company to file an appeal in court to have my $$ refunded back to me or to issue a credit back my account. After 6 months, the court refunded me back the $ to my account, ruling in my favor since I had moved out of state. Otherwise, they said I would have to continue to pay the fees from the issued bonds. This stuff is real. They are nickel and dimming us to death.

Great job Jack, Mitch, and Travis! This is what real journalism looks like. It's up to the regular person to take the reigns of reporting issues like this versus the cucked MSM.

Audit should start with the builders and contractors. This fraud is going on large cities also just on a larger scale. We the public are paying for all this in the form of higher taxes.

In Phoenix Arizona the mayor Phil Gordan ( an Obama guy) hired all of his Chicago buddies to “work” in different government seats at double the normal salary, then the budget cuts of 2009 forced him to move his buddies to the water department to avoid the budget cuts , then the water utilities more then doubled over the next year.

We lived in our small town (pop 1500) for years before we realized so many of the town govt. members and workers were related by family or marriage, and all their businesses get the local contracts with no bids for proposals. If you speak out about anything official, you can be treated badly by the town enclave.

All cities, towns likely operate like that. Politicians seek office to enrich themselves, family, friends, donors. Saw it first hand as a 12 year county government “merit” employee. Our building was called the snake pit. I called it the belly of the beast. I had no political Godfather/Godmother to look out for me. Strictly followed R&R…P&P then Retired. A large Dem run county but Repubs in the mix getting their cut. Lots of sketchy stuff occurred. Kept mouth shut, did my job & got out

Definitely a generalized problem we will have to address as a society. The problem is most of these career criminals are above the law, they make the laws. How do we deal with that? Heads of banks? Private company owners the likes of larry fink and bill gates? Country presidents? The magnitude of the actual corruption is insane.

Remember how arrogant these city council members are all across this nation and this may just be the beginning of us getting our nation back in the hands of the people again. Facing jail time is a good way to get the attention of all these people with their hands in the cookie jar to start running for the hills.

when we had a major tornado in cordell, Oklahoma back in 2001, sears had donated washers and dryers and refrigerators for people, and the mayor gave them to his buddies instead of giving to the people that got hit . i was hit by the tornado and went to fema for help, and they told me i didn’t qualify for any assistance because i had no dependents living at home, and didn’t even have a job at that time, and my insurance company ripped me off on my policy. i learned i was on my own years ago

I worked in the legal department for a small community bank in Los Angeles County in 1995. The bank was shut down by the State Banking Commission, the bar is much higher than the FDIC. It turned out unbeknown to me that the in-house appraiser artificially overvalued commercial properties so the bank could refinance loans in their commercial loan department. Appalling there was collusion going on. To keep his job he had to do it. I didn't find this out until my boss told me, the day before the state took over the bank, closing it and taking all the files. However, I knew the bank was in trouble months before because they called people in to call customers to invest in CDs so they could get their deposits up. It didn't work. People were horrified and many lost their life savings. Remember the saying, don't put all your eggs in one basket. At the time, I thought this was just one bad apple. Turns out all the apples are rotten.

I live in a very small city in Texas and have noticed that there seems to be an "us" that are very local vs the "newcomers" that recently arrived from larger cities elsewhere. Neighbors have been literally ripped off by established local contractor/s and the one most responsible for the shoddy work has "moved on". Others are questioning how/why their properties are priced at what seems to be a very high valuation for tax purposes. They are currently building a HUGE addition to the school. Keep digging and bringing these cases to the public. I believe Mitch is right, it's happening everywhere.

People must stop falling for this con game. We use federal reserve notes, promissory notes and IOU's. Banks can't fail. It is just a ruse for transfers of federal reserve notes from the tax slaves to impoverish them to bring in CBDC's aka digital currency.

Best reporting yet on this iceberg of a story. I grew up near Lindsay, ok. I have known key players for 65 years. Lots more to come out.
Oklahoma has a plague of embezzlement and much of the millions is going to the Indian casinos. Gambling is an epidemic. I was a principal in a computer company doing work in casinos. Also, our people were in and out of hundreds of small businesses and witnessed discovery of millions in theft/embezzlement. Most of the money was flushed down the casinos flush handle.
