NOTES: Aircraft Took Off Four Minutes Late, But That Was Alright Due The Fact That The Aircraft Arrived 33 Minutes Early. Meal Service Was Rather Basic, Only Offering A Limited Variety Of Beverages. Upon Landing In Boston, I Stayed In A Two Hour Queue As My Flights In/Out Of KMIA Had Been Cancelled, Customer Service Was Rather Poor, When My Flight Was Boarding In 15 Minutes, I Rushed To The Front Of The Line, Disregarding Everyone Else In The Line. I Was Then Told That I Could Just Check In At The Gate Agents Desk. So Essentially, I Was Told To Wait In A Two Hour Queue, Only For Me To Be Told To Just Go To The Gate. (B15). Great Service On Behalf Of The Flight Attendants. Like Almost Every American Airlines Aircraft, The E175 Was Also Dirty. The Aircraft Had A Buttery-Smooth landing On Runway Four-Right. Customer Service At KBOS Was Horrid And Near Useless In Helping Me Rebook My Flight. Total Score: 8/10.
