Lidl Parkside PPS 40 B3 Probleme Pilotlichtbogen, Lösung im Text

Der Pilotlichtbogen zündet nur, wenn der Druck viel zu niedrig eingestellt ist. Also bei rund 1,5-2 bar.
Bei 4 bar zündet er nur einmalig und dann erst wieder, wenn die Luft aufgehört hat.
Problem gelöst. Das Gerät hat innen eine HF Zündung mit Funkenstrecke. Diese war mit 0,3mm zu klein. Mit 1,0mm Abstand funktioniert es.

Das gleiche Problem hatte ich auch, nach deinem Video habe ich die Funkenstrecke geprüft, diese lag bei 0,4mm. Habe sie dann auf ca. 0,8-0,9mm eingestellt. Funktieoniert zuverlässig.

Many thanks for this video! I have the same problem with Parkside PPS 40 B2 + PSPP 5 A1 pilot arc kit. My pilot Arc is working well only with air pressure 3 bar or less. Tomorrow I will try to check the spark gap.

The same happened with my unit, arc started only when pressure was reduced well below what was mentioned in manual: is there any downside to using low pressure but stable arc while plasma cutting?

You have a voltage drop from your power outlet in your shop. You need good stabilized electricity.

any plasma on the market, even at 380v, should be kept at a maximum of 2.4 bar.

Wenn du das Gerät offen hast, findest du die Funkenstrecke. Das ist ein Abstand wie bei einer Zündkerze. Der sollte 1,0mm betragen. Wenn du nicht weißt was du tust, lass die Finger davon!
