Today I was invited to visit the oldest Hollywood Toys and costumes store in Hollywood the store has been on Hollywood Boulevard Since the 1950s they have to biggest Halloween collection ,wigs ,costumes jewelry ,make up and Lots of other awesome things Many celebrities visited this store my favorite was looking at the masks

I loved going to this store when ever I was on Hollywood Blvd, the stores front sign is so iconic

Finally, you're taking us in some of the cool stores on Hollywood Blvd. As you say " believe it or not" ,in the 60's I used to get off the RTD bus and go into that store and buy magic tricks every week. The magic counter was on the right side of the store, where the wigs are. The guy working there would demonstrate tricks for people. The store was much different back then. More toys and magic stuff. Thanks for the memories Mike.
The good old magic trick stuff. In primery school we youst to buy sume. The fake smock U blow into but thay look so real we would hide and pretend we was smocking behind the sports sheed lol. 😆🤩👌 Flash back s ..

Hollywood Toys & Costume sure blows away the Halloween seasonal pop-up rip-offs. I saw a couple of masks of US politicians - you quickly passed by them and didn't say a thing. Thank you for that and an even greater thank you for this you of one of the greatest fun costume stores in the world.

Mike I used to work at Larry Edmunds in the 80s-I’ll bet you were a customer! We did get a good number of German tourists in the summer. Also, your fave MJ came in *frequently*-also to the magic shop. I waited on him once-made me so nervous, and it was obvious enough he was laughing at me! In a nice way. He had the same mask on we’ve all been wearing lately. 😊

I was born in Germany many moons ago and came to Hollywood in 1957, age 12, and basically grew up in Hollywood and graduated from Hollywood High in 1962. It was so awesome then. Hollywood Blvd. was so clean, we didn’t have to be afraid, oh what a glorious time. I like you and I enjoy your videos ❤. Tschüss, mach‘s gut!!

When I was a teenager I loved going to British Imports on Hollywood Blvd and buying heavy metal T-shirts like Scorpions, Accept, Ozzy, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden. I miss the Hollywood of the 80s.
I can only imagine how fun it would be to visit a place like this with the GIV!

Man as many times I’ve been to Hollywood I never knew that store existed and if I did know I would have went in there in a hot minute so I must thank you GIV for taking me on a tour of the store and showing the many amazing things they have I mean I think that store is incredible especially being there that long so now the next time I’m in that area I’m definitely going to check that store out thanks so much for showing off a truly great store now with that being said peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you GIV and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure wherever it takes you peace ☮️ out ✌️

I've been in here but just the one time, I don't remember buying anything, I just looked around. Another store that's been on Hollywood boulevard for a long time is the supply sergeant just down the street, it's been there even longer than this store, supply sergeant's been around since 1948.
Back in the 80 s we use to do costum party,specially for Halloween it' s all to bad the bar are not what they use to be , tank you it was amazing
