Entering into His Presence

According to Ps 95:2 we have been access to, and are told to enter into, the very presence of God. Although God is omni-present, there are times He makes His presence known to us and allows us to sense and enjoy it. But how can we enter in? And what does it mean to be reverent and to “take off our shoes”?
