In this Injustice Gods Among Us video, we go over time Shattering Gear Tips and Tricks.
It's VERY important, if you can farm credits easily, or have some maxed out 1 and 2 star gear items, to NEVER shatter ANYTHING until it's Evolved +10, as you get several times the normal amount the game indicates.
When you are farming Survivor, it's very common to receive gear from the wheel, AND Last Laugh Tickets.
When you are farming Multiplayer, it's very common to receive 1 and 2 star gear, or special gear when going after specific players or Gear.
So, you're always collecting gear, while it's very expensive to max out a gear item, and you can see how much when I max out the Black Ring, around 75,000-100,000 Credits to Evolve a piece of gear depending on the rarity, and 275,000 Credits to take a gear item from Evolved +0 to Evolved +10.
Now, if you cannot farm Bonus Battle 6 reliably, you may be better off shattering gear as you need it. But do keep in mind for every rank the gear is evolved, you will receive more shards.
And a good test is the Omega Battleplate, look at the difference between Evolved +5, and Evolved +10.

U can use them to upgrades gears (last time i checked its gears only)

I understand that u should evolve your gears before shattering, but how do u get shards as a completely new player with zero shards?
Survivor mode has shards, you can also get 1 and 2 star gear completing multiplater match series. By all means, if you have to shatter gear before you Max it to progress through the game, do it

Yeah, I think I’m gonna try maxing one star gear even tho I don’t have multiple copies cuz I feel those r the ones I’m most likely to accumulate first. I’ll shatter my other gear when I have to

Marko Milo the chances are horrible but the card is amazing especially if there are other flash's on the team he dodges allot of specials automatically
