I have one question around the Job opportunities for TISS HRM course - As you mentioned the packages offered are quite high. What kind of roles and which designations are offered to the candidates, because in general package is not this high for HR roles.

Sir can you please guide us about reservations in TISS HRM because there hell lot of confusion about this, apart from normal reservation there is also supernumerary seats reserve this course. Please sir tell me about exact no of seats present for general quota candidates.
Why are you worrying about things which is not under your control. Assume 29-30 seats for open category (UR).

I'm pursuing btech final year, Today one of friend suggested me to try tissnet as I wanted to do mba after my graduation, but I have some doubts sir
1. My 10th percentage is 92%, diploma percentage is 82% but my graduation score is too low it's 60%, is it possible to get into tiss hrm with this academic background
2. Is this a full time course
3. My graduation will complete in April 2023 but I don't want to do masters immediately I want to do a job for atleast 1 year so is it ok to attend tissnet 2024 or will they consider this as education gap
