I have this combination in libra (lagna)where Saturn is exalted,i rised a lot in my sade saati and mahadasha still going on,i m very disciplined,but my thoughts are very poisonous,had to go through depression even after saturn is exalted,my family supported me(as sir said situation change),but I had to pay a very big price as fear of failure started killing my patience and perseverance,i had gone through humiliation a lot and struggle till 36 years, have to work like anything,may be now saturn is giving me the good results, very nice researchers are find in this yoga,patience, sometimes i m willing to give everything i have, very emotional,always have gratitude of what we have,and always respect our employee and all humans and living beings,well explained sir,u r a very good person and have a very supportive life partner, God bless you both
Firstly I pay my respect to you and also send gratitude to you for this analysis. I have this combination in my first house. I am a 48 year old gemini sign female. Rightly said...my mother was never emotionally present for me. I bottled up my feelings and never shared them with anyone. I got married to a karmic partner when I was 19. Though it was a love marriage, love went out of the marriage soon after. I kept my emotions bottled up again. I stayed in the relationship for 28 years. Lord Rama was in exile for 14 years....for me it was a double! In 2021, I applied for divorce. I went into depression and took to meditation for solace. In Feb 2022, the universe brought a Guru in my life. He made me understand that this vish yog is followed by amrit too but only when an individual goes through the churning, like the samudra manthan. He preferred to call this yog as 'Ardhnarishwar' yog or 'ShivShakti' yog. Just like shakti had to die a death to transform into Mata Parvati to unite with her Shiva, he said that I have to balance my inner masculine and feminine. And his advice truly changed my perspective towards life. Now I am seeing my life transform and can say that this is a completely new birth for me. Though this is the most difficult and melancholic combination, if consciously worked with the almighty, can be the most beautiful, life changing event! It surely is not a combination for the faint hearted ones.

Sir,Thanks for the information,,very nice video.I feel this dosha deosnot have a life long effect,,It deos have at a early age of immaturity.This dosha afflicts more to a person when his Mahadasha starts especially of saturn.This dosha also gets reduced by good planets like jupiter aspecting the house where this combination occurs.Physically by a regular meditation and good exercise can reduce this dosha to a great extent.This combination especially in kendara gives a good responsibility of the person to thier elderly persons (salman khan, vish yoga in 11th house).You are correct its tough combination but not a bad combination.

I have seen a person with Moon + Sa conjunction in Makara, with retrograde Sa in 5th from ascendant. As you said the person is having only poisonous thoughts which is ruining the subordinates. It's moon and some have even said mercury. A bad set of teeth is due to weak Saturn.
