All that students need to be able to do is to NAME the levels of the pyramid and DESCRIBE the characteristics of each level. If you take a look at the exam questions videos on my channel, you'll see how basic the requirements for this topic are. Also, there are absolutely no differences between the 2019 and 2022 syllabus - the whole document is identical. 👍🏻
