Clock tower was constructed over here way before 1947, angrezon k zmaane ka.. so its functioning is not proper. administration set the time sometimes but it again goes wrong... Hi Nikhil I watched ur this video from New Delhi to Kashmir trip when u reached that clock tower in this video that is my home town Ludhiana city (Punjab) and really so long time I also watched they r not maintain actual time in clock tower. Actually right now I m staying in Vadodara (Gujarat) since 10 years but when I will go back definitely try to talk with click tower team. And definitely I liked to see my home town and that clock tower. And since last few days I am watching ur all videos. Liked all wish u best of luck friend
