Everybody's so creative....
Yeah this looks really good
This might work well in a crockpot, where it can cook on low all day.
You just gave me a good idea for the manicotti shells I've had in my cupboards forever. Thanks!😊
I absolutely love the recipe and concept. Thx for sharing.
Wow. Tysm. I love your cooking , you cut corners with cooking time but not cutting the taste. 😊❤
I love your recipes and have cooked a many. All came out delicious. I will try to make this recipe tomorrow. Thank you 🙏🏾
Genius! So simple and looks amazing!
Your Awsome I’m so making that for my wife.! Thank you keep up the great videos. 🎉

You are the QUEEN of processed boxed foods !
Hahaha backhanded complement
Not a compliment
Queen of I've got money to waste on cooking poorly.
She’s literally using someone else’s recipe to review it, so it’s not really even hers and you’re bitching about the anyways.
Sounds yummy!!! Glad I read the comments so I will have a good turnout!!! Love your ideas!!!
What I love about your recipes is that they are so simple and yet so so delicious looking, great ideas! I love it, thank you
😂
Looks good..I like the idea. Thanks for sharing
that looks deliciossly awesome...
It's so funny that I saw this recipe first in a stitch from those 2 Italian guys and they hated this so much.
So sick ohf seeing you shove food in your mouth. Go away
OMG. What a great idea. I think I have found new Sunday Dinner. ❤❤
nahhhhhhh
@@DrillydYeeeaaahhh
Looks really good.
Wow this looks great but I’ll take the casing off ! So easy to when u freeze the meat a bit just slice it down center and peel back !
yeah i wonder if you could just pipe the sausage in the maniccoti after taking off the casing
@@swettyspaghtti Wouldn't that be a different recipe?
I typically pull the casing off but with cooked sausages like these, the casing is minimal and probably won't be noticed. Besides, my experience when peeling the casing off these cooked sausages is that you end up losing some of the sausage.
@@columbia2635the sausage is rolled so tight that it still stays together when you remove the casing
Thank you for my weekend dinner!❤️
Looks great.
Very intriguing!
TRIED IT: Not a fan! After 1 hour @ 375 degrees in the oven, the manicotti was far too al dente and the cheese sticks were not melted enough at all! I would strongly recommend precooking the pasta to just before al dente, then pipe in the filling by uncasing the sausage. I also would not use mozzarella sticks at all, they are totally unnecessary, just use the shredded stuff along with extra parm and it would be fine. Also I’d recommend sprinkling with dried oregano before topping with cheese and use fresh basil on top instead of parsley - this dish needs all the flavor help it can get!
It’s either do it this way or do it to where you cook the raw stuff pasta for an hour without cheese, then put the cheese on and cook maybe another 30-40 minutes.
Either way my kids (ages 6, 7, & 8) did NOT enjoy this one at all!! We will for sure NOT be making it again.
SORRY
Very constructive criticism! Kudos. I have not yet tried it and will take your suggestions into consideration.
Same. Didnt like this at all. Noodles hard. Cheese not melted thoroughly. Sauce was meh like this.
Thanks for the tips.....I thought the same as you...sorry it didn't turn out for you
It would be so helpful if someone knowledgeable and experienced had a channel where they test popular (social media) dishes and give their honest opinions, suggestions and takes on them. Just like you’re doing here in this comment. From this very helpful comment you make, it seems you’d be really great at it 😊
Edit: please notify me if you decide to do something like this or already have a channel like it. Thanks!
Americas Test Kitchen will take emails form folks like y’all and test out recipes I’m not sure but they mail so social media recipes…it’s worth an email to know or a make a media meal re-cap challenge 👍🏼
My mouth is watering!! Yum!!!
Easy to cook thank you for the recipe. ❤
Anything Italian is delicious!
No ltalian would eat that.love from ltaly
My grocery bill used to be hardly nothing a month now because I came across her channel I'm going broke :) and getting wide . Just love your channel
They have a website also, I’ve been using all recipe for many years and very easy recipes

One sausage per roll, are you kidding. She needs to learn to use meat extender's. It wouldn't be as good but, stoffer's is cheaper. That is a 30.00 meal, my budget is 20.00 a week.
Yummy
Well it isn't too good to be true anymore you showed us that too good to be true, can be true that looks delicious.. 😋
I made this and it was sooo easy and very very good! Another meal I’ll rotate in for sure!! Thank tou❤
I think i just found out what my family of 6 will be having tonight still gonna cook the my noodles first but other than that HECK YEA. Thank you Lady
Delicious
Hungry time😊
Awesome
Oh my, ty for this dish..😮❤
And some very healthy fresh parsley too.......!
Interesting Yes❓
The days of stuffing Ricotta only in the shells
have come along/short way. 👈😦🤤
Deliciousness.
Good JoB.
I have got to try this
Looks delicious ❤❤
Iam definitely making this 💕
Heck yes❤
Looks so good
Easy Peezy and cheesy 👍
Will use a local sausage but this looks great!
Gotta try🎉
Sensational 💪🏿
Simplicity at its best! Manicotti is tops of easy Italian dishes. A definite winner! I love this! ❤️
This is 100% NOT an Italian dish of any sort
@@smpsailor It's actually an American Italian dish. I'm American, and it's Italian to me. And it sure is a great recipe. I made it! 😋
No just no . As an Italian American this is the worst form of cultural appropriation ever.
@@smpsailor Find a recipe that you enjoy and make it! 😘
Man….that looks good. I’ll be making that tonight. Is the sausage or using already cooked or is it raw?
I made this and used regular Italian sausage mixed with ground beef, and bought a block of Mozzarella that I cut into cheese sticks. Also I used Ragu alfredo sauce, and Ragu Super chunky mushroom, topped with shredded Mozzarella and sprinkled Italian bread crumbs. Hubby went nuts for it. was so amazing
I cook the manicotti for about 5 minutes to speed things along. I’ve made this a couple of times (and with frozen stuffed manicotti) yum!
Yummy!
Italians would cry seeing this
Everybody’s so creative 😂
It won't slide down easy if it ain't cheesy! 😂
I'm going to add seasonings!
😂😂😂😂
Yes! Because where is the black pepper, salt, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano basil etc
PLEASE
Well don't forget the parmesan cheese to mix in with the sauce it does give flavor..
@@tory198511 in the sausage and in the sauce
WOW!
Glad you protect the cheese from drying out.
Adult me: Nice looks good
Also adult me after seeing the sausage going into the manicotti: Hehehehe
Alfredo and marinara together? Is that legal?
OH. MY. ❤❤❤❤❤
I would use Italian ground sausage and good mozzarella. Not sure why using string cheese.
Maybe that’s all she could afford? You use good mozzarella and ground sausage
@@21tyson55 You can actually make it. Ground sausage is not more expensive than the chicken sauages either. I never said she couldn't cook it that way lol. I said what I would do is having an opinion an issue these days? I wasn't rude in my comment.
String cheese is "low moisture mozzarella" sometimes it's cheaper to buy that
The recipe clearly is called 'easy', meaning no fuss. Of course, one could spend way more time with it, again, not the point
The point is to make something that's easy for anyone to make. Absolutely you could do all sorts of things to this recipe but then, isn't that what OTHER recipes are for? SMH
I want that
You are so inspiring! Not too much cooking WOW
Thank you!
A jar of Alfredo sauce? What the... no. Never no.
The fam loved it. Had to precook the manicotti because the sausage was too big to stuff. It generated a LOT of liquid, which If you use uncooked shells might get absorbed, but if you precooked them Ilke I did, skip the water.
That looks so uuuuuuuuuuuuuumy
If you knew how much it costs to replace the glass in your oven door, you would not kick the door closed like that!!😂
Ok this is genius
Uncooked pasta, yummy!
This lady is the brunette Sandra Lee, Semi-Homemade Queen.
it was that oven door kick for me 😍
Where do you buy the Italian Chicken Sausage Links at?
What I meant was ARE THEY FROZEN, BECAUSE THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE.
Meijer stores had about 5 different choices.
So you mix alfredo sauce and marinara sauce in this?
Looks delicious, going to cook the sausage first, it’s just me. Add seasoning and eat with a salad.
Looks good, but are the sauages cooked?
I would only make this in an Instant Pot, with modifications. The instant pot has a way to make the manicotti cooked to correct softness.
It looks delicious if it was filled with something non meat.I will substitute. You are a great cook!
I am against preprepared sauces as they are inherently processed foods. However, this dish is wonderful and I’m going to make it (with my own sauce and browned sausages - yes, a bit if a food snob but after working with a multinational I know what they do to food to make it cheaper for a higher profit and to last longer).
Is the sausage cooked or raw prior to baking?
Uncooked…
Raw
They look cooked lol
Checked the recipe online and it says “cooked Italian chicken sausage”.
@@vdubladyI would guess that the sausage is uncooked because she did say it didn't require any cooking ahead of time....
😮😮😮 look delicious ❤
Wonderful!!!! Like always!!❤
Thank goodness …… I’m can’t wait to make this….Im sure this is delicious! Thank you😊
I always use this method for manicotti, but I pipe the filling. I wouldn't stuff them with sausages in the casing though...
I can’t find pasta like this anywhere! Do I need to go to an Italian market to find shells this big? Thanks
Is the sausage precooked?.
It doesn't appear so. I would rather cook the sausage and serve it on the side. Manicotti typically doesn't include meat in the recipe.
Can I say that I love your voice !!!!!! Love it 😍 love it 😍
Obviously you could stuff with polish sausage.etc.
💯
Stuff with chorizo as well
That looks good, but I would par boil the manicotti to speed up baking time.
That sounds good but I’ll be using pork sausage. Yummmmmm
This was way better than your chicken pot pie casserole.
Campbell's is not making the cream of chicken soup good anymore. Can we try making that recipe with something else? Let us know how the public likes it
*DOUBT IT TASTES 10X BETTER without any Seasoning & Herbs in it.* Like a lot of these Cooking Videos, *just because something looks good doesn't mean it is.* At least you're trying and get an 'A' for the nice presentation.
Not the Alfredo but I’d do ricotta
"Everybody's so creative"
Made it loved it.
But i couldnt fit the sausage in the manicotti. Lol
Is the sausage raw or cooked?
The jar sauces are RANK! Making your own sauce is simple. Those jar sauces are full of sodium & other horrible preservatives. I do love the sausage inside the pasta idea. Will make my own sauce, though, tyvm.
Na the brand she used, Raos, is actually bomb and has no weird preservatives. It's also like 10$ per jar.
@rich2583
Well, I'm Sicilian. ALL jar sauces to us are rank. We make Sunday gravy. There's a difference between sauce and gravy. We slow braise meat & bones along with the rest of the ingredients that braise 18-24 hours. We start making it on Saturday, so it's ready for Sunday. I haven't tried making it in an Instapot yet. I'm thinking about trying a small batch to see if it compares to the traditional way to cut down on cook time. We make it in a huge pot & freeze the remaining. I'm not sure there's a large enough pressure cooker. I've tried some of those jar sauces, and all I taste is salt.
Sure it tastes good! But this you can't get in Norway because you cannot buy the Ingredients! 😞
I thought this was one of those trolling recipes then I saw it was you and realized it was real 😂
Wait, Alfredo and marinara?
Recipe?
That pasta cooked???
Real cooking
Cracking open those jars
