Bro, BCI notification లో mention చేయబడిన new rules గురించి ఏదైనా కొత్త information తెలిసిందా మీకు. కొత్త రూల్స్ ని కనుక అమలు చేస్తే నిజంగానే చాలా strict గా అమలు చేస్తారా. Notification లో mention చేయబడిన వాటిలో criminal background checking rule ని అమలు చేయడం అయితే పెద్ద problem ఏమీ కాదు. ఎందుకంటే advocate అంటేనే criminalsతో deal చేసే profession కాబట్టి తప్పనిసరిగా accurate persons మాత్రమే advocates అవ్వాలి. So criminal background checking rule ని కచ్చితంగా అమలు చేయాలి. ఎందుకంటే ఎవరిని పడితే వారిని advocates అవ్వనిస్తే society కే చాలా హానికరం. కాబట్టి BCI ని ఆ ఒక్క విషయంలో నేను సమర్ధిస్తున్నాను. కానీ attendance విషయానికి వస్తే మాత్రం అదే పెద్ద problem classrooms లో biometric attendance system and CCTV cameras setup చేయడం, 75% attendance compulsory, regular గా college కి వచ్చి తీరాలని, job చేస్తూ లేదా private గా LL.B చదవడం కుదరదు అని rules పెట్టడం. Private గా LL.B చదవడం అనేది అసలు problem ఏ కాదు కదా bro. దాని గురించి కూడా rules ని strict చేయడం ఎలా న్యాయం అనిపించింది BCI కి. కొత్త రూల్స్ ని అతితొందరగానే ఈ 2024 లో గానీ next year 2025 లో గానీ అమలు చేస్తారా లేదా కొంత కాలం వాటిని అమలు చేయడం గురించి ఆలోచించడానికి 1,2 years time తీసుకుంటారా bro.
