The problem with saying we worship the same God is that Christians believe that their path is the only path and that all others are false or corrupted.
Just because a religion something is legitimate doesn’t mean it is true or is the best.
It is a paradox because if an Abrahamic religion is true, then all other religions are false

      You make a good point

@@AB_NYC Thanks. It is a bit cringey when Hindus are trying to extend their arms to Christians and Muslims, who ultimately view them as sinners, saying that their ways are as valid as the Hindu ways. It makes us look like bootlickers and laughingstocks.
I suggest for Hindus to firmly establish themselves as a different belief system from the Abrahamics without trying to syncretise.

@@AbhiramN_1289 I get what you’re saying but social expediency must not be allowed to change our philosophy. Whether it’s cringey from a modern perspective or not, Krishna says that everyone follows His path. We must not allow Christian exclusivism to dictate what our Sanatana Dharma says.

@@Diary_of_Devotion I mean if Christianity it a valid path to Krishna (as Hindus know him) then Christian exclusivism (which is fundemental to the religion) is contradictory to this idea.
The statement that "all religions equally lead to God" would then be false

@ actually exclusivism isn’t fundamental to Christianity. Many Christians don’t believe in exclusivist claims. It’s a debated issue that some sects accept while others do not.
I also didn’t say that all paths are equal because Krishna doesn’t say that. However, it is legitimate to want to know and love God. From the Vaishnava perspective those who are pursuing that are pursuing something legitimate.
