    Now that's amazing tender and juicy just like one made in a smoker but without the smoky flavor not bad.

    육즙이 촉촉하고 너무 맛있어 보이네요
    에어프라이어로 하면 간단할거 같아요

      감사합니다! 부드러워서 샌드위치에 넣어 먹어도 맛있고, 그레이비 뿌려 먹어도 좋고, 머스타드 소스나 바베큐 소스 찍어 먹어도 최고에요! 🤗🤗🤗

    Why wouldn't you add the liquid smoke and honey from the start?

    • @NiniKoko
      @NiniKoko  2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      That’s a very good question. If we apply the liquid smoke from the start, the flavor will just evaporate. We apply honey and liquid smoke and wrap it at the end so the smokey flavor stays and the honey doesn’t get burnt. The ideal way is using an injector for the liquid smoke but we didn’t have one at the time of filming. 😅 Hope you like our recipe! 💜

    Why removing the fat? That’s what makes the meat juicy

    • @NiniKoko
      @NiniKoko  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Good point! We removed the fat to fit the brisket into the air fryer. Even without that extra fat on top, it was still very juicy and tender. You can keep some fat outside the meat if you prefer. 🙂

    It's not the same without the wood smoke flavor. I would never try this on an expensive piece of meat. Also, in a smoker the fat drips away into a large can. Not sure, how that would work in an Air Fryer. I can tell that the brisket was well over cooked in this video. Either they left it in there for to long, or the temp was way too high, or both.

      Did you have anything good to say? You simply pulled this video apart. Not nice. It is not a crime to cook a piece of meat another way surely.

    Great video but I gotta take one HUGE exception. I cook with Paprika all the time, even when it’s old and oxidized it’s STRONG.
    That’s way, way to much Paprika!!! That much would overwhelm and imbalance the flavor ime.
    Thankyou

    • @NiniKoko
      @NiniKoko  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Maybe next time we cook again, we can try less paprika and compare the difference to see if it tastes better. 🤗
