    셰프님 영상보고 잡채만들어서 와이프한테 점수 땄습니다. 보기에는 쉬워보여 시작했는데 두 시간 걸렸어요. ㅠㅠ 요리는 사랑 이네요.

    시금치는 안 데치면 수산화칼슘(옥살산)이 있어 결석이 걸린다는데요.
    이거 간과하신 거 아닌지.

    더보기 재료의 '큰술'은 밥숟갈인가요.. 아니면 '테이블스푼(T)'인가여??
    고기밑간 하실때.. 당면 볶으실때..
    모두 미리 계량 된거 넣으셨고,
    마지막 굴소스만 볶으시던 나무 숟가락으로 1개 넣으셨어요.
    계량된 양념들도 같은 숟가락으로 하신건지, 아님 테이블스푼으로 하신거고 굴소스만 숟가락으로 하신건지 궁금합니다!

    좀 이해가 안 되네요 요즘 당면을 왜 시커멓케 간장 물을 만들어서 넣는데 그만큼 시각적으로 떨어지는데 약간 갈색으로 해야 음식의 색이 살아나지 않나요
