The saddest thing about this is nobody, not the Russian People, not the even the Minister of Education, or anybody there, even make any distinction between Putin’s political party and the Official Russian Government. Here in America, if the US President’s political party, or any political party, sent a letter to Public School Officials telling them what to do with their school curriculum, the school officials and teachers would be baffled. Everyone would. A political party is not the government. Heck!, they wouldn’t even listen if even if it WAS from the US Government, but not the from the relevant government agency. Unless it was from the Board of Education, the school officials and teachers are gonna question it because they’re not gonna feel at all obligated, nor right about, taking orders from anything or anyone that didn’t go through the correct official channels. It’s scary, and sad, to see that the Russian People have become so indoctrinated that they don’t understand this concept. A political party IS NOT the government!
No, this is not the issue. A political party is not the government? What political party? You only have 2, the one in the government and the one which is not. And in Russia there is only a political party and a "president". Its you who doesnt understand that Putin has been in power for over 30 years. Its not a "president".
Actually this did already happen in a sneaky way. That is what COMMON CORE is. For years teachers have had zero control over their own curriculum. They can’t even take liberties to teach a topic they feel is important if it’s not a part of common core. Also it’s where math got f ed up. Have you seen how they teach kids to do simple math in America now? It’s not ok to do vertical problem solving anymore. Look up common core new math online and be amazed at how idiotic we have become! It’s ridiculous… but I do agree it’s not like RU… yet. But wait a bit with Trump and then see 🫥.
@@lug358 You misunderstand. Regardless of how long a political party has been in place, they are a political party, who are currently holding the office of government. South Africa has had 30 years under the same government, too. But government documents are not 'from the ANC.' They're from the Government of South Africa. If you receive anything from the ANC and you are not their employee, it is a request not a demand. So United Russia party can't threaten schools to do this, only the government can. Yet the teachers are clearly responding out of miserable fear rather than voluntary patriotism. Showing an uncomfortable overlap between being loyal to your country, and electing the same party over and over.
Honestly, teachers (not all, but mostly) are so pathetic now in Russia. They’re actively helping brainwash kids, rig elections and are quite dumb and disgusting overall.
Teachers in RU schools often told kids when they do something "bad" together: "If they jump from roof, you will jump too?" Now i see who jumped to the bottom

I am laughing as well, along with the majority ,most likely. I also want to point out how unhappy most of the teachers look. Id imagine many are afraid too, that isnt funny.
I like the take that teachers are too exhausted to question any initiatives, so they just follow them even if they are too sus, just so they could keep the job. The main culprit is probably whoever maintains that system. Fortunately, some teachers are known to "sabotage" the "Z-classes" by using them to discuss any other matters they deem important, and just making a "photo-report" in case they're asked to show it.
The punishment for not following the commands can be much worse than just losing your job. Like getting sent to the gulag or conscripted. And the students are actively being pressured to report non-compliant behaviour from adults. Again, straight from the 1940s textbook.
@TheSuperappelflap most of the teachers are women in their 50s and older, so losing a job could be fatal for them. Also, they seem to struggle to find new teachers.

So people in Budweis constructed Trolley 🚎 bus, in 1968 came Russian tanks, tore down the trolley and said we are not allowed to use electricity for transportation, only buy diesel from Russia. They locked all the responsible guys in prison and bought Ikarus. When I was a 6 years old kid, the whole city was covered in terrible Russian smog, people couldn't breathe and we had to wait sometimes for 3 days to be able to open the windows at home when finally the wind started to blow. The only thing we knew as 6 years old kids was that Russians are trying to poison us. We had 32 kids in the school in class, 30 went to live in other countries and only 2 stayed in Czechia 😂😂😂

Russian teachers quoting Hateler? I did Na-zee that coming.

You're sure? Liberal teachers, instructed by democrats, have destroyed a whole US generation of kids.
Как же МАЛО ты понимаешь...
I kind of feel bad for those ladies 😬😬 in a secondhand embarassment way..
Honestly, teachers (not all, but mostly) are so pathetic now in Russia. They’re actively helping brainwash kids, rig elections and are quite dumb and disgusting overall.

I like the take that teachers are too exhausted to question any initiatives, so they just follow them even if they are too sus, just so they could keep the job. The main culprit is probably whoever maintains that system.
Fortunately, some teachers are known to "sabotage" the "Z-classes" by using them to discuss any other matters they deem important, and just making a "photo-report" in case they're asked to show it.
interesting
The punishment for not following the commands can be much worse than just losing your job. Like getting sent to the gulag or conscripted. And the students are actively being pressured to report non-compliant behaviour from adults. Again, straight from the 1940s textbook.
@TheSuperappelflap most of the teachers are women in their 50s and older, so losing a job could be fatal for them. Also, they seem to struggle to find new teachers.

I grew up in Budweis, in 1948 Russians cancelled the Tram 🚊 saying we are not allowed to use electricity for transportation, only buy diesel from Russia.
Then Stalin died.
